HEALTH

In our schools, there are institution doctor and school nurses who serve our students and staff. School nurses work from 08:00 in the morning until 17:30 in the evening. Throughout the day, the school nurse intervenes when students feel unwell at school. In emergencies or important cases, the student's parent is informed by the Principal/Assistant Principal, and if necessary, the student is sent home under parental supervision or, if needed, the school nurse consults the school doctor for a hospital referral.

An electronic health record is created for each student, and the reason for each student's visit to the infirmary, the interventions performed, are recorded daily in electronic format. Parents can track relevant infirmary records electronically.

Medications requiring treatment cannot be used without a doctor's prescription. First aid is provided in school infirmaries in necessary situations. In infirmaries, no injections are administered to any staff or student, even if they have a doctor's prescription.

The school nurse also participates in events such as ceremonies and group activities attended by students.
